What changed
Added the Railway referral parameter to all four Railway deploy buttons: the two README buttons and the stable and develop template buttons in the Railway deployment guide.
Why this change was made
Railway preserves the referral parameter through each template's deploy flow, so the deploy buttons should carry the same attribution as the referral links.
Impact
New Railway users who deploy through any documented Roomote button retain the referral attribution. No runtime behavior changes.
