Roomote 1.18.2 keeps integration tools available in Fast sessions, restores Discord bot and webhook requests, and preserves model settings when upgrading with older presets.

Patch changes

• Discord bot and webhook posts that explicitly mention Roomote now reach the session instead of being ignored. Automated requests use the server installer's Roomote account, retain their automation attribution when delegating tasks, and keep replies in the originating Discord conversation.
• Fast sessions keep integration tools available across repeated conversations and retry failed MCP connections before later turns. This fixes tools disappearing after a temporary connection failure or after many sessions have used the same server.
• Keep model settings usable after upgrades with older custom presets. Missing inherited roles use the preset's coding selection, and invalid or unavailable presets can be inspected and deleted without resetting model settings. Thanks to @fdev23408 for reporting #3523.
