Orion Store 2.6.5 🚀

Sideloading protection rebuilt from the ground up, and the APK installer now looks inside every APK before it goes in. Plus Beyond install right on the installer sheet.

Updating from 2.x.x? Install 2.6.5 over your current Orion Store. Your profile, XP, badges and settings come along.

🛡️ Sideloading Protection, Rebuilt

  • Secure Me Actually Works: The fix that turns off developer verification now picks a working route every time: root, then Shizuku, then built-in wireless debugging. A route that isn't running no longer blocks the others.
  • Checked, Not Assumed: After every run Orion looks at the phone itself. If Android refused, the popup shows the exact reason instead of a generic error.
  • Shows Up When It Should: The popup no longer waits for your 6th launch. It appears the first time Orion spots developer verification.
  • No More Accidental Closing: Tapping outside the popup doesn't dismiss it anymore. Only its buttons and Back close it.
  • Setup Built In: No root, Shizuku or wireless debugging yet? The popup opens the wireless debugging setup and comes back by itself to finish the job.
  • Protection Shield: A shield in the search bar shows the state at a glance. Crossed while verification is on, checked once Orion turned it off. Tap it any time.
  • One Tap Revert: Changed your mind? Tap the shield and Revert puts the verifier and every setting back exactly as they were.
  • Your Call: Hide the shield with Protection shield in Orion Xtra. The status row there opens the popup too.

  • Know Before You Install: The APK installer sheet now reads the file first and shows what it finds on a card above the buttons.
  • Built With: Spots Flutter, React Native (and Hermes), Unity, Unreal, Godot, .NET MAUI, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, Capacitor, Cordova, Qt and more.
  • Will It Run Here: Warns before you tap when the APK needs a newer Android or was built for a different processor.
  • 16 KB Page Ready: Checks every 64-bit native library for Android 15+ phones with 16 KB memory pages, and names the ones that aren't ready.
  • Tracker Scan: Finds tracker SDKs like Firebase Analytics, AdMob, AppsFlyer, Facebook and Unity Ads right in the app's code, fully offline.
  • New Permissions: Updates mark the permissions they add, and sensitive ones stand out.
  • The Full Page: Tap the card for SDK levels, components, native libraries with what each one is, a size breakdown and the signing key's SHA-256, with debug keys flagged.

⚙️ Beyond Install On The APK Sheet

  • One Switch Away: Beyond install now has its own toggle on the APK installer sheet, with all 19 switches.
  • Works Over Wireless Debugging Too: Options run through root, Shizuku or built-in wireless debugging.
  • Picked For You: Switches the APK can't install without, like Allow downgrade for an older version or Bypass target SDK block for an old app, are turned on and marked Needed.

📣 Announcements

  • Cleaner Header: The megaphone now sits next to Settings and only shows while an announcement is unread. Tap Got it and it leaves until a new one is pushed.
  • Read It Again: The last announcement stays one tap away from the megaphone at the top of Settings.

🔧 Fixes

  • Wireless Debugging Commands: Commands that adbd never finished answering now time out cleanly instead of hanging.
