Welcome to Tasker version 1.0!

It's been a long time coming with many commits (100), and just one codebase rewrite, but after a year of development, it's finally ready to be released!

Let's look at what's new:

  • App Wide UI Redesign
  • You can now have an infinite amount of tasks
  • Added a Sidebar
  • Added a Settings Menu
  • Added an Overview Tab
  • Added an Orientation Menu
  • Added Task Streaks
  • New Icons
  • New Animations
  • Created an App Installer
  • Created an Updating Tool
  • General Animation Improvements
  • New Warning & Error System
  • Improved Window Scaling
  • Many more changes below the hood to ensure performance

And all that comes packaged with a new license that protects Tasker from being sold which you can view here and a privacy pledge so you don't need to worry about what we do with your data. Unfortunately, to deliver our product with top quality the Windows version while far in development will not be released yet.

Have a happy New Year and happy tasking!
