XylXenos alpha 3

The big change in this release is a new xenotype, scaleborn. Each scaleborn comes from one of three lineages, with fire breath, acid spit, or firefoam spit. I've also continued separating reusable code into the Xylib library.

As usual, I recommend starting a new save, although it's possible old saves will work.

Other notable changes:

• Genes that add innate weapons now display their DPS.
• Genes that add innate weapons have been rebalanced.
• Succuboids have a new gene, "youthful", that makes them appear younger to other characters.
• Love euphoria has been rebalanced.
• Colonies with a titan are now more likely to get atlasite as a quest reward.
• Fixed a base game bug in the way the game applies the +1 passion bonus from aptitude genes on new characters. Newly generated characters with aptitude genes are much more likely to get a two-flame passion.
• Fixed a base game bug that caused genetic libido modifiers to have little to no effect.
• Fixed a bug where nixies could get stuck trying to soak if all nearby water was unreachable.
• Skin color genes are now automatically sorted by color in the xenotype creation dialog.
• Random bossaps character names have changed.
• Improved various description pages.
