Library rebuild resilience and loading indicators

✨ Improvements

  • Loading indicators — Visual feedback during slow operations on low-powered devices
    • Browse mode shows "Loading shows..." in corner
    • Random playlist shows "Building playlist..." in corner
    • Clone creation shows modal progress dialog with step-by-step updates

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Library rebuild resilience — Show selections (random-order shows, manual selection) now survive Kodi library rebuilds that reassign show IDs. Settings automatically migrate via title matching.
  • Browse mode buttons — Cancel/empty buttons no longer trigger unintended episode playback
  • Smart playlist cleanup — Orphaned show entries no longer accumulate after library changes
  • Duration filter — Fixed being applied twice in browse mode
  • Version parsing — Prerelease suffixes like "1.2.3~beta1" now parse correctly

  • New storage format for show selections enables ID shift detection
  • Browse mode refactored for cleaner architecture
  • New utilities: busy_progress(), parse_version(), compare_versions()
