The first RoyaleSim release with prebuilt wheels. You no longer need Rust to install the engine.

pip install royalesim --find-links https://github.com/RoyaleGym/RoyaleSim/releases/expanded_assets/v0.1.0

One wheel per platform: Windows x86_64, Linux x86_64 and aarch64 (manylinux 2.28), macOS x86_64 and arm64.
Each runs on CPython 3.10 and later.
The engine carries its card table and data files inside the wheel.
New: royalesim.data_dir(), royalesim.card_table_source(), royalesim.__version__.
