A redesigned native options panel, version-update notices, and a batch of map, waypoint, and minimap polish.

Redesigned the Homestead options window with a native WoW-style panel, which means clearer sections, native controls, and a familiar look.
Updated map and minimap options so visible pins refresh more reliably while the map is already open.
Added version notices when a newer Homestead release is available through CurseForge, Wago, or GitHub Releases.
Improved map pin placement across zone, continent, and world map views.
Improved waypoint behavior when setting or clearing Homestead vendor waypoints.
Improved minimap pin handling in areas where Blizzard shows its own hybrid minimap.

Fixed the options window blocking keyboard movement while it was open.
Fixed custom minimap pin colors drawing a large colored circle behind the vendor icon.
Fixed the World Map "Show collection counts" option not updating visible pins until the map refreshed.
