Publishes the stabilisations merged after v0.101.23, and the fix the
candidate gate of the previous cut found on its way.

The tree carried 34 commits that nobody could install. The honest
coverage walk, the infrastructure query that answers with the edge it
really has, an MCP failure that arrives as a failure, a cancellation
that belongs to its own request instead of poisoning the session, the
CLI/MCP parity fixes, and the harness work that makes the gates mean
what they claim.

It also carries a defect fix that the candidate gate of v0.101.24
found while building the candidate in a clean clone. The symbol index
kept the order in which the sources arrived, and an ambiguous name
resolved to its first definition: `new` is defined 299 times in
cognicode-core, so which one won decided the answer. On the machine
that had run the suite it was src/findings/mod.rs, which has edges; in
the clean clone it was a corpus fixture that calls nothing. The tree
was the same, byte for byte. The index is now sorted by path when the
build ends, so it is a function of the sources and of nothing else.

v0.101.24 stays what it is: an annotated tag with no release behind
it. A published tag does not move.

Also re-pins the assurance-evidence/v1 golden: 952972 bytes, against
the 952804 of the previous cut.
