Dirgo 0.7.1

Added

  • Add a copy-ready Command Prompt bootstrap command for the existing verified PowerShell installer, while keeping PowerShell 7+ as the supported interactive Windows shell.

Changed

  • Publish each GitHub Release with the curated notes for that exact version from this changelog instead of a bare generated commit comparison.
  • Validate release-note extraction and Windows installation documentation in the release preflight so future releases cannot silently lose their user-facing changelog.
