Dirgo 0.8.3

Fixed

  • Ship the Windows executable with a statically linked C runtime so clean Windows 10 and 11 systems can start Dirgo without a separately installed Visual C++ Redistributable.
  • Reject Windows release binaries that import external MSVC runtime DLLs before installer and release packaging tests can pass.
  • Keep direct Windows updates non-interactive so a hidden installer cannot wait for an invisible setup prompt.
  • Resolve .cmd and .bat editor shims on Windows so auto-detection works with standard VS Code and Cursor command-line installations.
  • Exercise repeated standard-user installation against an existing PowerShell profile and reject profile loss or duplicate managed blocks.
