BennuGD2 PS5 Runtime v1
Generic BennuGD2 runtime for the PlayStation 5, built as a native title (not a payload). Drop your own
compiled game.dcb and assets into the template and install it — see the bundled README.md.
Needs on the console: the usual homebrew chain (elfldr + kstuff) and a title manager that mounts
/data/homebrew/<TITLEID> folders (tested with ShadowMountPlus).
BennuGD2-PS5-Runtime.zip — the template
template/eboot.bin— the engine, same binary for any gametemplate/sce_module/libc.prx— generated withps5/tools/build-libc-prx.sh, not a Sony file (see

Engine: 2D graphics, input, sound, TCP/UDP networking, and video playback (H.264/HEVC/VP9/Theora,
hardware-accelerated H.264/HEVC decoding on PS5 with software fallback).
bgdc-windows-x86_64.zip / bgdc-linux-x86_64.zip — the compiler
bgdc, matched to this exact commit (8e5f4198), for building your own .dcb. The Windows one is a real
64-bit (win64) native build, cross-compiled with mingw-w64; keep every .dll next to bgdc.exe (it
dynamically loads each imported module to resolve your .prg's import statements).
BennuGD2-PS5-Examples.zip — three ready-to-play titles
Verified booting and playable on real PS5 hardware: Galaxian, Pac-Man, and BennuShooter, each its own
drop-in title folder. Original games by Kim-elet-o, the Classic Pack Games for Bennu team (DCelso, TYCO,
Kim-ele-to, PiXeL, PRG), and John Buscher respectively — full credits in the zip's README.md. BennuGD2 itself is
by SplinterGU; this PS5 port only adapts the engine.
