BiliNote Sync 1.4.0

Initial public release. Import selected completed local BiliNote notes and screenshots; optional automatic import and startup reminders. Includes fixes for moved/deleted note receipts, encoded screenshot URLs, destination boundaries, changed selection settings, image verification, cache ownership and serialized persistence. New installations leave image sharing and downloaded-media cleanup off. Tested on Windows, Obsidian 1.13.7 and BiliNote desktop 2.4.5. See the README for filesystem access, privacy and optional permanent cache deletion. No API keys, cookies or personal notes are included.
