jointCPUE v0.1.0

Version 0.1.0 marks the first public release of jointCPUE, an R package for the joint spatiotemporal standardization of CPUE data across multiple fleets.

The package implements a TMB-based modeling framework with population-level spatial and spatiotemporal components, optional fleet-specific catchability effects, and support for both yearly and monthly standardized indices.

This release also includes functions for extracting and plotting standardized indices, residual diagnostics, month effects, and q-difference components, together with expanded documentation, worked examples, and test coverage.
