Weather API Python 🌦️

A lightweight, efficient Python script that retrieves real-time weather information for any city globally using the OpenWeatherMap API.

📋 Prerequisites
Before running the script, ensure you have:
1. Python installed on your machine.
2. An API Key from OpenWeatherMap. You can get one for free [here](https://home.openweathermap.org/users/sign_up).

⚙️ Installation & Setup

1. **Clone the repository:**
   ```bash
   git clone [https://github.com/Rume7/weather-api-python.git](https://github.com/Rume7/weather-api-python.git)
   cd weather-api-python
  1. Install dependencies: It is recommended to use a virtual environment:
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows: venv\Scripts\activate
pip install requests
  1. Configure your API Key: Open the main script (e.g., main.py or weather.py) and replace the placeholder variable with your actual API key:
API_KEY = "your_api_key_here"

🖥️ Usage

Run the script from your terminal:

python weather_app.py

Example Interaction:

Enter city name: London
--- Weather in London ---
Temperature: 15°C
Description: Overcast clouds
Humidity: 72%
Wind Speed: 4.1 m/s
