Learn about vigilant mode.

-Added Elevator and Tube shuffle
-Added Walljump in the settings
-Settings have a tab for elevator to take notes. I'll do the same for tubes if people like it
-Logic fixed to fit with the last APworld updates

Known issues and future focus:
-Some locations are switched with the auto-tracking
-APworld options for Shinespark, combat and walljumps are more diverse.
-Something else but I forgot.
