• Use load-plans as an alias for load-plan.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Browser review hides terminal text input and restores your draft when review ends. Escape and Ctrl+C remain available.
• Loading a child Plan after Epic slicing returns control to the Plan's owner instead of Slicer.
• Valid OpenAB sender metadata no longer prevents chat menu answers from being accepted.
• Validation can distinguish a live owner from a reused process ID before it resumes saved work, including on Windows.
