cpp-desktop kits v0.20.38-1

Same kits as cpp-desktop-v0.20.38. Only linux-arm64 changed: its two Sherpa libraries are rebuilt on Ubuntu 22.04, so the arm64 build loads on glibc 2.35 (Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 12) instead of needing glibc 2.38. The other four kits are the same files as v0.20.38, with the same hashes.

Sherpa 1.13.5 was built with RunanywhereAI/sherpa-onnx scripts/runanywhere/build-desktop-release.sh at c6531299, in an arm64 Ubuntu 22.04 container. See RunanywhereAI/sherpa-onnx#1 and RunanywhereAI/wally#141.
