RunAnywhere SDK 0.20.13 — Swift / Apple binaries.

Adds the standalone RunAnywhereANE Swift package (Apple Neural Engine text generation + CoreML diffusion) alongside the existing core, LlamaCPP, ONNX/Sherpa, and MLX packages. Every XCFramework carries iOS device, iOS simulator, and macOS slices.

Consume via Swift Package Manager:

Products: RunAnywhere, RunAnywhereLlamaCPP, RunAnywhereONNX, RunAnywhereMLX, RunAnywhereANE.
