Stopgap kit-only prerelease. Not a full SDK train.

v0.20.26 already existed on main. This release only publishes the C++ desktop kits (find_package(RunAnywhere)) that RCLI consumes.

Official CLI bottles ship from RCLI, not here. The next full SDK train that includes kits is 0.20.28+ after the kit packaging PR merges. Do not retarget this tag.
