1.2.3: ♻️ refactor(updateService): 增加 autoUpdater 可用性安全检查

- 在 checkForUpdates 和 downloadUpdate 方法中加入 autoUpdater 是否存在判断
- 防止因 autoUpdater 未加载导致的调用错误和状态发送失败
- 修正 downloadUpdate 调用，确保使用正确的 autoUpdater 实例

🔧 chore(package): 升级版本至 1.2.3 并调整日志级别

- 将日志级别由 info 调整为 warn 以减少构建时日志输出
- 更新版本号反映最新变更
