Resolving Issue #48
I have added the Chapter 8 to Chapter 7.3, as it was a really short chapter about handling Methods, which Chapter 7.3 content is about. I have not removed Chapter 8 in this pull request, as I have discussed with Logan and Tristan, to make a draft pull request first, as Logan is creating a new Chapter about File Handling that can be the new Chapter 8 for the book. But if it needs to be removed for this pull request I can do so after getting feedback or comment from @pearcej
