• Ideas-intake cards no longer auto-process on restart; replan and Retry work correctly from Todo, and All-workflows shows every card
• Chat history no longer flickers while an agent is mid-turn
• Agent chat tools for sending and reading messages now work consistently on desktop and browser
• Plugin skills: reloading a path-registered plugin refreshes its version and settings, per-project skill toggles now apply to agent sessions, and skill bodies in subdirectories are delivered correctly
• Agent inspection tools now show why an agent is in error or paused
