• Plans you manually approve or reject now release their task so it can continue, and approved plan fingerprints survive field merges.
• Tasks created from a Planning Mode interview retain the complete set of decisions, with one shared handoff format across single, CLI, and multi-task creation.
• Planning Mode tasks are scheduled promptly in the workflow lane you selected; replayed proposal claims no longer re-wake triage.
• You can create another task from the same plan without first editing it, while repeat actions stay idempotent.
• Executor credential resolution self-heals: no more synthesized "default" credential instance, unresolved instances soft-fail to the legacy unscoped provider key, and renamed custom-provider slugs match when unambiguous.
• Voice Input can be enabled on supported installations once its model is ready, with stable readiness codes reported.
• The plugin SDK's type declarations and Todo Lists packaging are restored in full releases; the bundled Todo plugin gets its store from the runtime shim.
