• Interrupted manual merges clear their merging status instead of leaving cards stuck, including on SIGINT, SIGTERM, and SIGHUP.
• Blocked AI merge reviews no longer retry as git conflicts, and unavailable merge diagnostics survive every merge dispatch path.
• Windows-locked AI merge clean-room worktrees are reliably reclaimed, and a blocked bundled PostgreSQL library now recovers automatically when antivirus interferes.
• Multi-repository tasks can no longer use a workspace-root worktree; stale routing metadata is repaired without losing sub-repository progress.
