Highlights

  • Reviewers are judge-only by default and must emit a verdict to approve a gate
  • Cloud Link pairs and self-tunnels: fn serve starts cloudflared and heartbeats the URL every 20s
  • Planning runs on main, so AI concurrency no longer eats worktree capacity
  • Dashboard terminal works on macOS with no native compile step
  • Tasks stuck waiting on a finished file-scope blocker now clear themselves

Breaking

  • Reviewers are judge-only by default: inline reviewer fixes are off, a machine-readable verdict is required to pass a review gate, and Code Review remediation is bounded by a revision cap.
  • The concurrency resolver and API no longer report a single effective limit or binding knob; admission now classifies whether a task consumes a worktree.
  • 32-bit Linux terminal payloads are no longer supported.

New

  • Linked Fusion instances start a Cloudflare tunnel automatically. fn serve and fn dashboard point cloudflared at the bound dashboard port and heartbeat candidate URLs — including host rotations — every 20 seconds, so Cloud Link keeps working when the URL changes. fn cloud heartbeat with no --url does the same until you stop it.
  • New fn cloud CLI for device pairing: pair-start, pair-complete, heartbeat, status, and unlink, with device state in ~/.fusion/cloud-link.json. Remote login redeems a cloud ticket against your configured cloud endpoint and issues a short-lived token. Point it at an endpoint with FUSION_CLOUD_HTTP_URL or --http.
  • Tasks are planned on main before any worktree is created, so planning no longer holds a worktree slot and AI concurrency is capped separately from worktree capacity.
  • Quick Chat controls now minimize and restore every open chat window together.
  • Reusable chat snippets: save them in Skills & Snippets and insert them with a slash command from any dashboard composer.
  • Mobile New Task moved to the header edge, and artifact images gained zoom controls — wheel, pinch, keyboard, double-click, and drag-to-pan.
  • PostgreSQL backups now carry migration bookkeeping and restore it with rollback protection.

Fixed

  • Reviewer output without a verdict can no longer approve a review gate; prose approval is gone from both the workflow-step and reviewer parsers.
  • File-scope overlap waits clear automatically once the blocking task finishes, reconciled across self-healing, completion fan-out, and scheduler dispatch.
  • The dashboard terminal runs on macOS without manually compiling native code, using script-free platform packages verified against the lockfile.
  • Misnumbered plan steps no longer rerun completed work, and step dependency annotations now line up with their numbered headings.
  • Terminal task failures survive temporary storage outages and restarts instead of being lost.
  • Interrupted step sessions recover in place without discarding completed work.
  • Multi-repository landing progress now shows in Task Detail's Details tab instead of the header.
  • Skills and Chat Snippets are separate responsive tabs with per-tab counts and refresh actions.
  • Dismissed update notices stay dismissed per release across dashboard sessions.
  • PostgreSQL backup pair listing is fixed, and native restore validates paired dumps, retains rollback evidence, and enforces project-only retention.

Internal

  • Folder ZIP downloads migrated to the archiver 8 ESM API.
