Fix cross-version localization build

• Return mutable localized components so formatted death-waypoint chat messages retain the supported styling API.\n- Use the compatibility screen lookup for asynchronous exploration statistics, including Minecraft 26.2 and later.\n- Bump the mod version to 1.4.6-alpha for this build fix.

Add localization and waypoint organization

• Add English and Turkish language resources and route the map, settings, waypoint, layered-view, and exploration-statistics UI text through localized keys.\n- Add a saved language preference with Minecraft-language, English, and Turkish modes; automatically fall back to en_us when a selected locale file or individual key is unavailable.\n- Add waypoint categories and notes to waypoint editing, local persistence, public waypoint payloads, search, and context-menu details.\n- Add saved exploration statistics by dimension and expose them from map settings.\n- Bump the mod version to 1.4.5-alpha.
