Essentials for Contact Form 7 2.6.1

• Changed: the hook reference has moved out of HOOKS.md and into this readme, under "Hooks". It is the same seven hooks with the same signatures — but the plugin no longer carries a markdown file most people never open, and the reference now appears on the plugin page itself, where somebody looking for it would actually go.
• Changed: the title of this readme is the plugin's name and nothing else. It used to carry search keywords the plugin header did not, which is a mismatch between the two names WordPress reads.
