- The realm hears when someone takes the lead. Reaching a level nobody
else has reached yet is announced, naming whoever was left behind, and the
channel topic is updated then rather than waiting up to ten hours for its
next refresh. Swaps within a level don't count: a single fight can change
who is nearer the next level, which would make for an announcement every
few hours. A player who is already alone at the top and levels up again
isn't announced either.
