Package scope

• The maintained package includes Preliminary Analysis, Gene Type, Gene Matrix,
  Peak summaries, Transcription, Translation, Splice Site, and Meta Plot.
• Motif, Genome Browser/IGV, and RNA Structure are not included because they
  require external engines or browser runtimes outside the package scope.
