• Fix: a Perforce check still running no longer overrides a provider chosen by hand in the meantime.
• Fix: TFVC bindings are recognized only inside the solution's TeamFoundationVersionControl section, so the
  key in a comment or a project name no longer selects TFVC.
• Fix: custom markers ending with a dot ('.', '..', 'name.') are rejected; Windows drops trailing dots, so
  they matched every folder or another name.
