First public build of the PhysioMetrics local engine (Windows).

Download PhysioMetrics_Engine_Windows.zip below, unzip anywhere, and double-click
PhysioMetrics_Engine_v0.1.0.exe. It launches in the system tray and opens the app in
your browser at http://127.0.0.1:8001. Right-click the tray icon to quit.

Everything runs on your own machine — your data is never uploaded.

Opens .abf (pleth/EMG) and Spike2 .smrx recordings; multi-file stitching, breath
detection, event markers, and CTAs. Photometry and video are in progress.

Pre-release for lab testing — please report anything that breaks.
