Meldwork V1.0.6 makes everyday multi-Agent work sturdier: group discussions keep going through single failures, long-lived Agents survive stops and restarts, and the interface shows what needs your attention.

Improvements

• Keeps long-lived ACP Agents (Hermes, Kimi, MiMo, OpenCode) usable across stops, restarts, and hangs, and no longer kills Agents that are still thinking or building.
• Classifies authentication failures by tier and retries transient provider errors, so one proxy 403 or an expired sign-in does not remove an Agent from a group.
• Keeps natural discussions going instead of ending on one slip, shows group replies in the order Agents were dispatched, and lets a group continue when one member is not ready.
• Delivers attachments and knowledge bases to group Agents and sends Hermes image attachments over ACP.
• Lets conversations run independently, even in the same folder; writers inside one conversation still take turns.
• Refuses unsafe ACP permission requests during read-only turns and stops skipping every WorkBuddy permission check in write mode.
• Launches WorkBuddy's app-bundled CLI again after its latest update, and lets MiMo and OpenCode finish turns that call tools.
• Starts without waiting for Agent detection, marks conversations that wait for your decision, adds General settings with a System, Light, or Dark appearance, and explains why an installed Agent is unavailable.

Verification

• Frontend tests: 357/357 passed.
• Desktop tests: 1,603/1,603 passed.
• Deterministic evaluation: 6 cases and 18 results passed.
• Web and desktop builds, unpacked packaging, DMG checksum, ZIP integrity, and code-signature verification of the app in the build folder, the ZIP, and the DMG passed.
• The packaged Apple silicon app launched with a fresh profile, stayed running, and recorded no main-process faults.
• The live Agent acceptance run (real Agent group execution, cancellation, and restart) was not repeated for this release.

The preview artifacts are ad-hoc signed and are not signed or notarized with an Apple Developer ID. macOS may require Open Anyway on first launch. Live behavior remains dependent on the installed Agent CLI version, authentication, Provider, and capabilities.
