Welcome to the GodotHub wiki. GodotHub is a desktop app for Godot Engine that keeps your projects, engine versions, templates, and assets together, with full Git integration built in. This wiki covers how the app works, what you can customize, and how to get the most out of it.

What GodotHub does

Area What you can do
Projects Create, import, and clone projects. Reorder with drag-and-drop, pin favorites, tag, filter, batch-edit, and launch with custom arguments.
Versions Browse official Godot builds, download with resume support, import existing installs, and group by version with filters for Mono and stable/unstable channels.
Templates Save any project as a template, start new projects from templates, preview their contents, and sync a whole folder of templates with file watching.
Git Full Git management: status, staging, commits, push/pull/fetch, branches, stashes, an inline diff viewer, and undo.
Asset Store Install assets from the old Asset Library and the new Asset Store directly into projects or templates.
News An RSS feed of Godot news, cached for offline reading, with one click to open articles in your browser.
Workspaces Separate workspaces for different projects, clients, or game jams, each with its own icon and color.
Appearance Dark/light mode, accent colors, theme presets (Atom One Dark, Nord, Dracula, and more), corner radius, density, text size, and custom CSS.
