Overview
The first stable release of the Dither Video App, a tool for applying dithering effects to videos. Designed for fun and a personal tool to run locally, this application allows users to experiment with various dithering algorithms, palettes, and configurations while providing an interface.
- Features

Changelog
Initial implementation of dithering algorithms.
Added interactive GUI with real-time preview functionality.
Enhanced customization options for dithering and color palettes.
Integrated FFmpeg for seamless video processing.
Added lock zoom and resolution scaling options.
Known Issues
Windows flagged the ffmpeg EXE as a virus and I'm not expert enough to know why. Unsure if Windows will do this for the compiled EXE. I can confirm I used the gyan version 7.1 release.
Some dithering processes may take longer for high-resolution videos.
Performance may vary on older systems without hardware acceleration.
Future Plans
Add GPU acceleration (optional toggle).
Support for additional dithering algorithms and presets.
Further optimization for processing speed.
Exported as MP4 at the lowest resolution, pattern dithering, then converted to a GIF.
