Authentik redirects the root URL to the login flow, so requiring HTTP 200 there reports a healthy service as down. Check the public root config endpoint instead so Gatus tracks actual reachability.

Authentik redirects its root URL into the login flow, which makes Gatus report a healthy service as down when it expects HTTP 200 there. This changes the check to use Authentik's public root config endpoint instead, so monitoring reflects actual reachability rather than login redirects.
