v1.0.2 — Startup Blur Patch

What's Fixed

Startup Screen Blur (#1) — On Snapdragon devices running Android 12+, enabling Lightspeed in Accessibility Settings caused the entire screen to blur immediately — before any gesture was made. This was caused by FLAG_BLUR_BEHIND being set on the overlay window at service creation time.

Blur is now disabled at startup and only activated dynamically while a gesture is live, then cleared immediately on dismiss.
