Team Organization

Meeting Times

• We have 2 meeting times, both of which are done virtually through Discord.
• Meeting 1 is every Thursday at 7:00 PM EST.

This meeting is a longer meeting to discuss what has been done and what needs to be done before the deadline.

• Meeting 2 is every Friday at 4:00 PM EST.

This meeting is a short, and optional, meeting mostly for review and to catch anyone who couldn't make it to meeting 1.

Chat Service

• We are using Discord as out primary service to chat and meet.
• We also have a iMessage group chat for direct contact.

Message Checking Frequency

• Messages in any chat will be checked daily by all members.
• Messages will be replied to, or reacted to, by the relevant member(s) within 24 hours.
