Are there any intellectual property constraints placed by the owner of any dataset we need to use?
First, here are our datasets:
There might be an issue of Game Names, but "you are allowed to include game names that are trademarked (like Fortnite, Valorant, Minecraft, etc.) in your filter or search list, as long as you use them purely for identification and categorization, not for branding or implying affiliation."
For Steam API, here is the licensing agreement: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apiterms
"9. Intellectual Property. The Steam Web API, Steam Data, and Valve Brand & Links are the property of Valve, and subject to the intellectual property rights of Valve and its licensors. (c) 1996 -2010 Valve Corporation. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved. Valve, Steam, the Valve logo and the Steam logo are registered trademarks of Valve Corporation."

Can our users use our app to break the law? Post copyright works on your webapp? Steal information? etc.
The only issues that might happen are users posting copyright works like Clips from other players or streamers and then claiming it as their own, or users posting explicit photos of themselves or others on their profile that wouldn't be allowed and could be considered sexual harassment. Identity theft and pretending to be someone they are not is another issue that could arise in our app.
