When transforming to text/plain, rewritten WADM selectors should be oa:FragmentSelectors conforming to RFC5147. Right now, the position is calculated correctly, but the pointers are still oa:XPathSelectors refined by fragment selectors.

f02ed65 shows that the XPathRefinedByRFC5147CharSchemeToTextForwardMapper is not used. Reading the code of the WADM components gets to the reason in NormalizeXPathSelectorRefinedByRFC5147CharScheme:

The normalizer was never meant to be a rewriter to an other Point type.

So refactoring is needed.
