scdo-agent-mcp 0.1.1 and @scdo/plugin-eliza 0.3.1: the scdo-agent CLI copy the plugins installed in ~/.scdo-agent/bin is upgraded once per process when the signed feed is newer. scdo-agent 0.5.10 self-mints the agent's ERC-8004 identity so the agent passes the Agent Ledger verified definition v1-2026-10-21. PR #15.
