Runs your own core-geth node (chainId 5680) + scdo-stratum 1.0.1 locally; block rewards go to your wallet. Rigel 1.23.2 is downloaded from its official release and SHA256-checked on first start.

Changes: scdo-stratum 1.0.1 (at most one block per wall-clock second, pause when the local head is >30 blocks ahead of the network, submit limit 200/s, log files), miner restart loop, stop-mining.bat, README EN/CN.
