v0.13.0 reworks the pitboss-web Graph tab from a live-only ornament into
the natural first stop for run forensics, and surfaces the v0.12
typed-actor capability work everywhere an operator might look for it.
The Graph tab now persists past run finalize, every node densifies with
timestamps / tokens / cost / counters / failure-reason, and clicking
opens a side-panel inspector with parent/child click-jump plus an inline
live log tail. Per-server [[mcp_server]].tools allowlists land both as
a schema knob and a runtime enforcement gate, with the resolved
capability matrix surfacing in the TUI Detail view, the manifest detail
page, and pitboss validate --capability-matrix. Tool denials get
first-class treatment in the TUI and pitboss status. pitboss validate --container finally lets operators pre-flight container manifests from
outside the container.

- Graph inspector — Click any actor to drill in. Persists past run
finalize. Inline live log tail with a Pretty/Raw stream-json renderer
that collapses tool_use / tool_result / thinking / assistant text into
styled rows. (#260)
- Per-server tool allowlists + capability matrix UI —
Defense-in-depth narrowing: typed profiles cap which tools an actor
class may request; per-server allowlists cap which tools each MCP
server will even expose. Both axes now visible across the TUI Detail
view, the manifest detail page, and validate --capability-matrix.
pitboss validate --container — Pre-flight a container-mode
manifest without the host-side directory check failing on in-container
