- Reword the settings sidebar control to “Search settings” so the label matches what the field actually does.
- Update the sidebar styling and related search index text so the control reads cleanly and stays aligned with settings search behavior.
- Adjust the settings overlay tests to use the new placeholder text and preserve existing search-result coverage.
- Refresh all localized message catalogs so the renamed UI string stays consistent across supported languages.
- Update the settings sidebar search input, search index copy, and tests - Regenerate locale catalogs for the new "Search settings" string

The "buffers dev PTY log writes" test called vi.runAllTimersAsync() to flush the 25ms BufferedLogWriter timer. But SupervisorRuntime starts the UsageService auto-refresh loop, whose tick() always re-schedules itself, so runAllTimersAsync chased that recurring timer until vitest aborted with "Aborting after running 10000 timers" (intermittent under CI load). Use vi.runOnlyPendingTimersAsync() so only the timers queued at call time run — the dev-log flush fires once while the usage tick's reschedule is left alone — making the test deterministic.
