- Bugfix: Refresh GitHub pull request data after creating a PR or completing the combined commit-and-create flow.
- Load PR details for worktree branches when the review sidebar opens, preventing blank PR sections before periodic polling runs.
- Prevent delayed post-push refreshes from overwriting newly created PR data with stale results.
