- Classify this as a Bugfix for mobile composer behavior.
- Keep authentication, queued-steer, and runtime-request controls visible above the collapsed composer, including while the keyboard is open.
- Prevent blocking runtime requests from expanding the composer over their controls and preserve correct dock/pin layout.
- Share pending-steer cancellation and authentication-state handling across mobile and desktop composer surfaces, with coverage for the updated interactions.
- Share pending-steer clearing and auth-state resolution across surfaces - Lift dock chrome with the keyboard and add coverage for mobile states
