- Feature: add a movable thread tool rail for quick access to files, git changes, notes, browser, and related panels.
- Let users lock the right panel to the current thread or keep it independent while navigating threads.
- Show thread change counts in the composer and refresh floating controls with shared chrome styling.
- Preserve panel and tool-rail preferences, guard against discarding unsaved editor buffers, and localize the new controls.
- Show thread changes and shared floating controls - Preserve right-panel context while locked and test synchronization
