- Feature: make sidebar usage rails adapt to available space, with an overflow chip that keeps additional providers accessible.
- Refine provider eligibility so recoverable usage states remain visible in the rail.
- Add per-provider usage tracking and refresh controls, with shared refresh interval bounds.
- Add coverage for rail fitting and provider visibility, and update localized usage settings strings.
- Show overflow providers in a tooltip and retain actionable status states - Split provider settings into reusable rows with bounded refresh intervals - Add coverage for rail fitting and provider visibility
