- Bugfix: keep thread-scoped Git, Files, Terminal, and Notes tools accessible when split-pane width cannot accommodate the side rail.
- Preserve tool access and hover behavior in a header-mounted menu without shifting the thread layout.
- Treat all active side panels consistently when deciding whether to overlay constrained content.
- Add split-pane coverage and align lockfile dependency resolution.
