- Feature: Add Git Review controls to watch pull requests, configure an agent, and optionally enable auto-merge.
- Persist watch state and monitor PR checks, reviews, and review comments to launch follow-up work when action is needed.
- Extend GitHub and IPC contracts to retrieve review comments and manage PR watches across the app.
- Preserve existing worktrees when thread launch setup fails, and cover watch storage, service behavior, UI controls, and GitHub retrieval with tests.
